QC App is a customer complaint and feedback management app developed to bridge the gaps between customers and businesses/organizations in Nigeria.
With the QC App, you can lodge your complaints to the enlisted businesses/organizations, and be sure your complaints will be responded to and resolved.When you lodge a complaint to an organization, the organization receives your complaint in their dashboard.
A customer service representative from the organization then responds to your complaint.
You can view the response in the VIEW REPLIES screen, and respond by tapping on the REPLY button.When you are satisfied with the responses from the organization and your complaint has been resolved, close the complaint by tapping the CLOSE icon button.
